Short Course PR Racing 2WD SC-201 Body Post

Original replacement kit including a set of body posts (the SC201 chassis uses two sets of posts), a side chassis protector (the SC201 chassis uses two protectors, one on each side), and two plastic chassis supports. Two body support rings are also included.

All these parts are made of composite material and are identical to those included in the original PR-Racing SC201 chassis kit.

What exactly are the plastic parts included in this PR-Racing SC201 spare parts kit?

This kit is made up of several different parts that have a different location on the PR-Racing SC201 chassis.

On one side, we find a side chassis protector made of flexible composite material. Its function is to protect the chassis and, to some extent, the body (preventing it from crumpling inwards during impacts or side collisions. The original SC201 chassis uses two pieces like this to protect both sides of the chassis. This piece can be used to replace the protector on either side, as it is identical.

On the other hand, we find a set of body posts for mounting on the front or rear axle, also made of flexible composite. These are the supports that hold the bodywork we use on our SC201 chassis. This competition chassis uses two sets of posts like the one included in this kit: one set on the front axle and another on the rear axle. This part can be used to replace either set in case of breakage.

- Rear chassis mounts (walls) , this kit includes two, which are the ones we need for the SC201 chassis. These mounts hold the aluminum chassis to the rear axle transmission case.

- Body support rings . Two are included in this plastic spare parts kit, and these are the ones we will use on the body post assembly. The chassis uses four of these rings. They are inserted into the posts and are responsible for setting the desired height of the body.
