What is new about this MR03 chassis called RWD compared to the other versions of the MR03 chassis?

The Kyosho Mini-Z MR03 family is constantly evolving, and this time it uses the FHSS data transmission protocol, which differentiates it from other versions of the same chassis that operate on ASF, MHS, or FHS frequencies. This new FHSS frequency for the Mini-Z also means that the transmitter model is different from the other versions; therefore, this time the new Syncro KT531P transmitter is included.
This transmitter and the electronics in this chassis are NOT compatible with the existing ASF/MHS/FHS 2.4 GHz systems used in previous generations of the MR03. The Syncro KT-531P radio allows for many adjustments, such as ST Trim, TH Trim, ST Dual Rate, and LED light control.

The Mini-Z RWD represents the latest generation of Mini-Z 2WD released to date, due to the use of this new transmitter and chassis electronics in the MR03 chassis.

The MiniZ RWD is sold in Readyset format, which means that it already includes a 2.4 GHz FHSS KT531-P transmitter, a chassis assembled and ready to use, and a body assembled and painted and ready to use.

This new line of readyset cars is intended to replace the Mini-Z MR03 Sports2 range. As with the other Mini-Z models, you will only need batteries for the radio and the chassis. (8 AAA (R3) batteries in total, 4 for the radio and 4 for the chassis).

Furthermore, for greater chassis control when using it on slippery surfaces, we can mount the gyroscope, reference MZW431 (sold separately).

Features of this model

This new MR03 chassis series includes the Syncro KT-531P transmitter, which features multiple adjustment options. It comes with a foam steering wheel.
- New chassis electronics that greatly improve the feel when turning (channel 1).
- Highly detailed bodywork, assembled, painted and ready to be used on the track.
- Chassis compatible with all Kyosho Autoscale Mini-Z Racer bodies and those manufactured by TRP Scale (Renault Megane and Mosler MT900). You will need the motor mount corresponding to the wheelbase you wish to use. This readyset comes with the MM motor mount for a 98mm wheelbase (LL).
- The front suspension includes the VCS system which optimizes the camber angle based on the suspension travel.
- If using the MZW431 gyroscope, its gain can be adjusted from the electronics installed on the chassis. (These adjustments can also be made from the transmitter if using the KT-432PT model, sold separately.)
- This chassis is compatible with the optional lighting kit, consisting of two white front lights and two red rear lights MZW429R, which is sold separately.
