This servo, a Torque type (with a very powerful response, designed for the accelerator/brake system of 1/10 scale model cars), comes standard ready to work at both 6V and 7.4V . To program this servo and modify its characteristics, you will need a PC and the ICS USB HS adapter along with the " Servo Model Selector " device, both sold by KO Propo.

Can this high-performance servo work in HCS mode?

This BSX3 One10 Power servo is designed to operate at HCS ( High-Speed Communication System ). This innovative system, included by KO Propo in their competition-oriented devices, significantly reduces the time it takes for the radio signal to travel from the receiver to the servo. Therefore, to utilize this fast-response communication system, you will need an HCS-compatible KO Propo receiver (the KO Propo KR-115FHD ) and a small "RX Mode Selector" device that allows you to activate HCS mode on the channel to which you will connect this servo.

With the HCS system we do not modify the working speed of the servo but the time it takes to receive the signal from the transmitter.
