Short Course PR Racing SC-201 Sprockets and Pinions Transmission

Original replacement of the complete set of crowns (main and differential), the 28T intermediate pinion and the two identical central gears that make up the transmission) valid for the PR Racing SC201 chassis.

All these sprockets and crowns are made of Kevlar, a very resistant material, and are identical to those included in the Short Course SC201 assembly kit.

The crown included in this kit has a pitch of 48 and 87T.

When should we replace any of these transmission components on the SC-201 chassis?

This spare parts kit is very interesting because it brings together all the original transmission elements, which, due to poor adjustments or impacts, can take us out of the race.

Therefore, this kit is one of those we recommend as essential to all those who use the SC201 chassis for competition.

Clearly, the most exposed and most susceptible part to damage is the transmission ring gear. The engagement of the ring gear with the motor pinion must be very precise; otherwise, the ring gear's lifespan will be significantly reduced.

Every time we perform maintenance on our chassis, we must verify that these components are still in perfect condition. The differential ring gear and intermediate gears must fit perfectly and operate with the precise clearance.
