What is the main contribution of these aluminum rear knuckles for the SC201?

Rear steering knuckles made of aluminum are much more precise than the original knuckles, which are made of composite plastic. Although the originals are very durable, these optional knuckles offer much greater resistance, especially in terms of deformation due to use, impacts, or shocks.

Off-road vehicles typically don't use many aluminum parts in areas prone to breakage. This is because aluminum parts might not break completely, but after a strong impact, they could bend and malfunction. In these cases, manufacturers prefer to use composite parts, which, although they can break, are more affordable than the optional aluminum components.

In the case of the rear steering knuckles, it is not an exposed part that can easily break; PR-Racing makes them in aluminum to achieve much greater precision, fit and durability for the drivers who use them on their SC201 chassis.
