Precision adjustment spacer 0.1-0.2-0.3mm for MW-005

Set of three eccentric motor washers, 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3 mm, for use with the aluminum motor housings manufactured by RC Aurora, reference (MW-005-CKS). This motor housing and eccentric spacer system is compatible with all versions of the Kyosho Mini-Z Racer AWD MA010 and MA020 chassis.

What we will achieve by using the motor wall system ( this article only includes the three eccentrics. The motor walls are sold separately ) with the 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3mm eccentrics, is a better fit between the motor pinion and the crown mounted on the transmission shaft.

A good fit between the motor pinion and the crown gear will allow us to reduce motor consumption, fine-tune and extend the life of the transmission, and also achieve much less gear noise.

These images show how the use of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3mm eccentrics, along with the motor walls, modifies the motor angle.

It is very important that you take into account the following ratio table / pinion - crown, in which RC-Aurora indicates which motor wall and which eccentric you should use to achieve the most precise adjustment possible between the motor pinion (15-21) and the crown (27-37).
