ReRack Plasti Dip: Repair and protect your dishwasher trays

Plasti Dip ReRack liquid rubber is the perfect solution for repairing dishwasher trays and racks that are starting to rust. Its high-strength formula creates a flexible coating that withstands heat, humidity, and high-pressure water.

The packaging includes a handy applicator brush integrated into the lid, which facilitates precise application of the product.

Important: ReRack does not remove existing rust , but rather coats it, preventing the problem from worsening and protecting the tray structure.

How to apply it (step by step)

1. Remove loose oxides from the area to be treated with a wire brush or sandpaper.

2. Clean the surface thoroughly with alcohol and let it dry completely.

3. Shake the ReRack container well for several minutes (the product is thick and needs to be mixed well).

4. Apply the liquid rubber , completely covering the damaged area. Extend the product a few millimeters over the sound coating to ensure a uniform film.

5. For an optimal finish , apply several coats, allowing at least 30 minutes of drying time between coats.
