Kit for painting rims matte black

Set of 4 cans of matte black Plasti Dip paint. This pack is designed for painting all 4 car rims (1 can per rim). We also include a microfiber cloth, specially recommended for cleaning the rims, the car body, and the interior.

Plasti Dip paint, also called "liquid rubber", is water resistant, and is used to coat objects while protecting them from the elements (water), UV rays, or simply to change their color and appearance.

Once dry it remains flexible and completely odorless.

Plasti Dip liquid rubber creates a protective rubber coating that is very useful for sealing, cushioning, and framing. It is also used as an anti-slip product. It can be used both indoors and outdoors as it withstands extreme temperatures, from -34°C to 93°C. It is also resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, oils, and many other chemical agents.

Plasti Dip paint insulates against electricity, acting like an insulating tape or heat shrink tubing.

It contains no silicone and once dry, it can be easily removed by pulling it off like an adhesive.

Especially adherent to metals, wood, plastics, glass, fabrics, wool, stones, fiberglass or carbon fibers, etc. To increase its adhesion, you can use the primer product specially designed for Plasti Dip liquid rubber.

How to use Plasti Dip:

The surface to be protected must be dry, clean, and free of any substances that may hinder adhesion. Before opening the can and spraying the product, shake gently. Let it rest for a few minutes to avoid air bubbles. Apply several coats of paint, allowing a minimum drying time of approximately 10 minutes between each coat.

Technical information about Plasti Dip:

Stable at temperatures between -34°C and 93°C. Optimal application temperature: around 20°C. Minimum drying time to the touch: approximately 5 minutes. Full drying time: 1 hour, depending on the thickness and number of coats applied. The manufacturer recommends 0.2 mm thick coats, which will require approximately 150 g of product per m².
