Kyosho MiniZ Buggy Balls and differential plates

Adjustable ball differential maintenance and repair kit, optional, with ref. MBW028, manufactured by Kyosho for the Mini-Z Buggy MB010 (also valid for the Comic Racer, as well as the chassis MA010, MA020 and MA03F).

This kit consists of two discs or tracks made of stainless steel and the 8 steel balls.

We will use these elements in substitution of those that we have mounted on the differential MBW028. When we notice that the touch of the differential is abrupt, it is going to pull, and in short it stops being smooth, we will have to replace the friction discs with new ones. From the constant friction with the steel balls, these discs are marked and when the groove is too large, it will be very difficult to get the fine and smooth touch of the differential.

With the balls the same thing can happen. Fruit of the friction with the discs, the balls are worn out and it is possible that they stop being perfectly spherical, so that we can not achieve the fineness of optimal operation.

Thus, with the two elements of this maintenance kit, we can leave the differential ball as new, since it includes the two elements of the differential most exposed to wear.
