BZ2017 Rear (10mm) Long Shocks and Towers(RC Atomic)

Optional complete set consisting of the high suspension turrets, front and rear, made of carbon fiber, and the 4 shock absorbers, two front and two rear, long travel (10mm).

To assemble this kit of optional parts we must replace the two original turrets (suspension butterflies) and also the original 4 shock absorbers included in the BZ17 chassis kit version.

The parts that make up this kit are also sold separately. On the one hand the two taller turrets than the original ones, the front and the rear, with the reference BZ17-UP004-A, and on the other hand the long shock absorbers (which are marketed in pairs) and have the reference BZ17-UP04 -B.

It must be borne in mind that in order to assemble this system of high turrets and long-distance shock absorbers we will need to change the set of original springs for ones of greater length (7mm). These longer springs than the originals are manufactured in two different hardnesses depending on the weight of the body that we are going to use in our chassis BZ2017:

- Long springs for BZ with bodywork Autoscale or TRP Scale (BZ-UP010)
- Long springs for BZ with Lexan body (light) (BZ-UP012)
 

¿In what? situations is it advisable to mount this kit of tall turrets and long shock absorbers in the chassis BZ2107?

Atomic has designed this set of suspensions of greater length, formed by the two turrets (of the / tras) higher and the 4 long shock absorbers to which we must add the long springs, to achieve greater traction in tracks where we do not have good grip, that is, for sliding tracks.

Asítherefore, for situations of little grip, having longer suspension suspensions will allow us to perform a setup that improves the traction of our chassis.
